an unserer Department Store im KaDeWe in Berlin in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unsere anspruchsvollen nationalen sowie internationalen Kunden werden beim Kauf von hochwertigen Markenuhren und Schmuck von Ihnen individuell beraten und betreut
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Annahme und Herausgabe von Reparaturen und stellen einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher
  • Kundenbeziehungen bauen Sie aktiv auf und pflegen diese nachhaltig
  • Sie bieten unseren Kunden durch Ihre kompetente Beratung sowie professionelle Betreuung ein unvergessliches einzigartiges Einkaufserlebnis
  • Unser Warensortiment haben Sie im Überblick und präsentieren dieses ansprechend, um unsere Kunden zu begeistern
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkauf führen Sie gewissenhaft durch und pflegen das interne CRM-System verlässlich
  • Sie wirken bei spannenden Events mit, die unsere Kunden ansprechen und auf unsere Produkte aufmerksam machen

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie hohe Sensibilität für Kundenbedürfnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Ihre Leidenschaft für Ihre Arbeit beweisen Sie auf der Verkaufsfläche und begeistern sich für die Bucherer Philosophie
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Verkaufserfahrung im Luxusbereich, im Bereich Uhren und Schmuck. Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
  • Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Lernbereitschaft entwickeln Sie sich durch unsere vielseitigen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse (jede weitere Sprache Arabisch-, Mandarin- oder Russisch ist von Vorteil)
