Senior Product Manager ERP (m/f/d) – Hechingen, Germany or Remote (EMEA)
Your Strength
- 7–10 years of experience in ERP product management with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- Solid understanding of Finance, Customer Service, Warehousing, and Operations domains
- Experience defining ERP strategy, roadmap, and executing system integrations
- Skilled in agile methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release cycles
- Familiar with audit readiness, QMS, SOX compliance, and change control procedures
- Proven leadership in stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination
- Analytical and quality-focused mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Open to traveling up to 20% to Hechingen, Germany
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
Your Contribution
- Define and own the ERP product vision and lifecycle for Dynamics NAV and Business Central (on-prem/cloud)
- Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and release execution using DevOps tools
- Translate complex business needs into scalable ERP functionalities
- Manage ERP enhancements and integration projects (e.g., SAP interfaces)
- Ensure QMS and SOX compliance across ERP change control and documentation
- Serve as a key interface between IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors
- Support UAT, validation, and deployment processes
- Drive process improvements and resolve incidents in collaboration with business teams
- Establish and report KPIs for ERP performance, project status, and risk mitigation
- Partner closely with Finance and Operations to support reporting, compliance, and controls
