As a
Junior Account Manager – Retail Media (m/f/d)
, you'll manage external brands from the very first contact to campaign implementation and performance review. You'll take ownership of our package inserts and onsite marketing campaigns with fashion and checkout-benefits partners. From acquiring new partners and developing existing collaborations to analyzing past campaigns, you can expect a varied role with plenty of responsibility and space for your own ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients
  • Communicate, present, and actively sell marketing campaigns, including package inserts and campaigns on the order confirmation page
  • Independently plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., graphic design, logistics, warehouse)
  • Support partners in setting up Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content campaigns
  • Analyze and review campaigns, evaluate KPIs, and derive optimization opportunities
  • Prepare offers and invoices using the CRM tool Salesforce

Requirements

  • Degree in business, media, communications, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in account management, CRM, sales, or project management, ideally in e-commerce
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Customer-oriented and communicative, with enthusiasm for working with partners
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
  • Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on attitude
