Your Tasks

As a Cloud Engineer at Assemblio, you are the link between development and operations.

You design processes, automate workflows, and ensure that our software is delivered to

production quickly, reliably, and securely. Together with our development team, you build

the technical foundation for future-proof and scalable product development.

  • develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient, secure, and stable deployments of software and infrastructure.
  • actively shape our cloud architecture, select suitable cloud services and integrate them seamlessly into our system landscape.
  • support the containerization of applications, adapt CI/CD processes and assist in handling security findings.
  • monitor our microservice applications across different environments and continuously
  • improve observability through logging, tracing and monitoring.
  • actively foster knowledge sharing within the team by contributing your experience in cloud architectures, testing methods, and system design and by serving as a point of contact for technical questions.

team, you ensure that our infrastructure and processes run smoothly. Your contribution

enables our developers to work efficiently, deliver releases faster and at the same time

ensure the highest quality. In doing so, you are a key enabler of growth, product stability

and customer satisfaction.

Your Skills

  • Experience in a DevOps or comparable role (e.g. Cloud Engineer, Observability
  • Engineer)
  • Very good knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
  • Experience with scripting/automation (e.g. Bash, Python)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • A team-oriented, independent, and solution-driven working style, with enthusiasm for agile methods
