The Originators Team is the tech part of the Lending Unit. As a tech team, we build and maintain Elixir API services to manage the flow of financial assets. The main tech stack of the team is Elixir/Phoenix shipping erlang releases aiming to run a distributed Erlang cluster + Javascript/React. Both the frontend and the API are end-2-end tested, dockerized and continuously deployed.

As a Tech Lead you will:

  • Ensure on-time delivery of new API endpoints
  • Maintain and evolve existing API functionalities
  • Help to organize your and your team work on You Build it You Run it principle
  • Deliver quality code in an efficient manner
  • Develop UI screens for our internal back office
  • Take end-to-end ownership of our fleet of microservices
  • Contribute to our infrastructure and automation tools
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers, agile coaches and product owners
  • Help your teammates grow as craftsmen
  • You ensure your team:
  • has an architecture and tech vision
  • is aligned with the global architecture
  • is aligned with architecturally inter-connected teams
