Your Impact

As our Application Technologist Sweet, you'll transform flavour ideas into real, irresistible products. You'll lead Ice Cream projects from concept to pilot scale, support exciting Dairy and Fruit Prep developments, and even dip into Sports Nutrition and Bakery innovation when creativity calls.

You're the link between technical excellence and customer magic — developing samples, creating demos, and helping shape the next big thing in sweet applications.

What You'll Do

• Craft Ice Cream concepts (dairy, water-based, hybrid, plant-based) from idea to pilot run
• Develop and optimize Dairy & Fruit Prep applications
• Contribute to Sports Nutrition and Bakery concepts
• Present samples and technical insights to internal teams & customers
• Collaborate closely with flavour creators in France and specialists in our Ice Cream Center of Excellence in Italy
• Support customer visits across Germany, Benelux & Nordics
• Work hands-on, stay curious, and deliver outstanding quality

What You Bring

• A degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering or similar
• 2–5 years' experience in Ice Cream, Dairy or related fields — flavour or ingredient background is a big plus
• Technical curiosity, creativity, and strong sensory/processing understanding
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Fluent German & English (bonus points for Dutch, Danish, or Swedish)
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
