FROSIO Level 3 Coating Inspector – Offshore Wind (Monopiles)

Rotation | 15 days on / 15 days off

Mint Selection is supporting a leading engineering consultancy delivering inspection and quality services across major offshore wind projects. We are seeking two FROSIO Level 3 Coating Inspectors to support a long-term monopile fabrication project starting in January.

Role Overview

You will oversee coating activities on monopiles, ensuring all work meets specified technical, environmental, and quality standards. This is a rotational position (15/15) with overlap between inspectors for continuity and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and inspect coating and surface preparation activities on monopiles.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality requirements, and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections, reporting, documentation, and non-conformance management.
  • Coordinate closely with fabrication teams, QA/QC, and project representatives.
  • Maintain strong oversight of health, safety, and environmental practices.
