Lead SAP Application Engineer (d/w/m)
übernimmst du in unserer Zentrale in
Hamburg
die technische Verantwortung für eine zukunftsfähige, Clean-Core-konforme SAP-Landschaft – und bringst moderne Technologien wie RAP, CAP und die BTP gezielt in den Einsatz.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die technische Führungsrolle in der SAP-Entwicklung: definierst Guidelines, coachst Entwickler:innen und stellst Architektur- und Clean-Core-Konformität sicher.
  • Du baust Brücken zwischen interner Entwicklung, AMS und Enterprise-Architektur – mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Lösungen in S/4HANA.
  • Du entwickelst selbst aktiv mit – insbesondere bei Proof of Concepts, kleineren Projekten und komplexen Verbesserungen.
  • Du verantwortest technische Designs und arbeitest dabei eng mit Solution Architects und Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • Du steuerst AMS-Provider auf technischer Ebene: führst Code-Reviews durch, gibst Vorgaben und stellst die Qualität der Umsetzung sicher.
  • Du treibst den Einsatz moderner SAP-Technologien wie RAP, CAP, BTP und der Integration Suite gezielt voran.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld mit fundierter Erfahrung in SAP-Entwicklung und -Architektur.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in modernen SAP-Technologien, insbesondere RAP, CAP, BTP (Java/Spring Boot) und Integration Suite.
  • Sicher im Design und der Umsetzung nachhaltiger SAP-Lösungen nach Clean-Core-Prinzipien.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Near-/Offshore-Teams, Durchführung von Code-Reviews und Qualitätssicherungen.
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Architekturverständnis, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
  • Klare Kommunikation, Coaching von Entwicklerinnen und technische Sparringspartnerin für Architekt:innen und Fachbereiche.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
