• Integration & Coordination: Collaborate with the Community & Forensic AOD Services leadership team to ensure consistent, integrated service delivery across all AOD streams—including Intake, Assessment, Counselling, Care Coordination, Withdrawal, Rehabilitation, and Youth Services—providing a cohesive and effective response for consumers.
• Clinical Leadership & Treatment Planning: Lead treatment teams across Community & Forensic AOD Services, overseeing clinical review processes and ensuring a consistent, multidisciplinary approach to assessment, treatment planning, and resource allocation for people experiencing AOD-related concerns.

In addition to a salary equivalent to SCHADS Level 4 + super, you can access the following.

You will hold a tertiary qualification in a health or welfare related discipline. You will also bring with you:
- Bachelor of Nursing or higher (preferred), as the role includes supervising nursing staff.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a health or welfare field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Allied Health Sciences.
- Tertiary qualifications in management (preferred).
- Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), completion of core competencies, or willingness to complete within 24 months of employment.
- Competencies in dual diagnosis, or willingness to complete within 24 months of employment.
