Freue Dich auf Dein neues Aufgabengebiet:

  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Überwachung von Herstellungsprozessen, Einsatzmaterialien, Werkzeugen und Hilfsstoffen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Kostenreduktion
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen, Fehlersuche (Troubleshooting) und Root-Cause-Analysen
  • Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und SOPs
  • Validierung und Freigabe von Produktionsprozessen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung in Zusammenarbeiten mit den verschiedenen Produktionsschnittstellen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von CAPEX-/OPEX-Initiativen in Partnerschaft mit Produktion, Qualität und Supply Chain
  • Produktionsseitiger Counterpart für die Instandhaltung und externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei Audit- und Compliance-Anforderungen (ISO, BRC)

Überzeuge uns mit Deinem Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau mit mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Prozessengineering oder einer ähnlichen Rolle
  • Alternativ langjährige Berufserfahrung mit Branchenhintergrund vergleichbarer Produktionsfunktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessführung, Prozessverifizierung und Troubleshooting
  • Erfahrung mit Lean-Methoden (DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, SMED) und Qualitätswerkzeugen
  • Kenntnisse in ISO-Standards und beherrschte Dokumentationspraxis
  • Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Analytik und gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
