Your responsibilities

Are you passionate about digital transformation and eager to gain hands-on experience in a global HR IT environment?

As a working student in our Global HR IT team, you will:

  • support the administration and continuous improvement of our global HR management software Workday.

  • contribute to the digitization of HR processes.

  • create communication materials, training documents, and e-learning content.

  • collaborate on global HR projects and gain insights into international HR operations.

Your qualifications

  • You are currently studying Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or a comparable subject, and you are interested in HR-related topics

  • You are enthusiastic about digital innovation and eager to contribute creatively to transformation initiatives

  • You have very good skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • You are interested in learning new things, work well both independently and as part of a team and you pay close attention to detail.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English and/or German (both languages is a plus)
