We are looking for you to join our team in the Master Data Management Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a Master Data Analyst (f/w/d) as soon as possible.

Your role in the Wolfpack:
  • Enter, maintain, and validate master data in SAP (material masters, routings, purchasing info records, global extensions, customer and supplier master data, product groups, and related records)
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular audits and process evaluations
  • Utilize the WinShuttle suite (script development, workflow designer, Infopath/form development)
  • Identify and implement corrective actions for data or process deviations
  • Coordinate with data owners to ensure timely delivery of master data to the Global Master Data Team
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to align timelines, responsibilities, and progress updates
  • Document, maintain, and improve business processes and develop training materials
  • Act as the main contact person for master data management with solid SAP knowledge and related transaction codes
What you bring:
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process or project management and practical experience in SAP master data management
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP master data (material master, customer master, vendor master, storage locations, purchasing info records, material determination codes, etc.)
  • Experience in performing mass data changes in SAP (e.g. MM46), including development of CATTSCRIPTS, table searches, and data audits
  • Comprehensive system expertise in SAP desktop and MRP/ERP applications
  • Experience leading or facilitating cross-departmental workshops
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, data exports)
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • High level of initiative, responsibility, and quality awareness
  • Quick understanding of complex business and IT interrelationships
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style with a strong "hands-on" mentality
