Aufgaben
  • Tech‑Strategie & Architektur end‑to‑end verantworten (SaaS, Data/ML, Integrationen).
  • Produktnah entwickeln: Kanal‑Analyse, Multiposting, Vorqualifizierung, Insights.
  • Betrieb & Qualität sicherstellen (SLOs, Observability, Security, Kostenkontrolle).
  • CI/CD & DevEx aufsetzen (Tests, Feature Flags, Monitoring, Incident‑Prozesse).
  • Team aufbauen & führen (Hiring, Mentoring, Standards).
Qualifikation
  • 4+ Jahre Erfahrung in Full‑Stack/Platform‑Engineering, davon 2+ Jahre als Lead.
  • Nachgewiesene Verantwortung für Architektur, Delivery & Betrieb in SaaS‑Umgebungen.
  • Tiefe Integrations‑Expertise (APIs, Auth, Webhooks, Backoff/Retry, Idempotenz).
  • Produkt‑Mindset: Tech‑Entscheidungen mit Business‑KPIs verknüpfen.
  • Hands‑on Leadership: selbst bauen, priorisieren, coachen.
