Muxon is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join an exciting opportunity within a leading consulting group supporting thousands of entrepreneurs and business leaders across France. The role is part of a modern, forward-thinking company that values autonomy, innovation, and collaboration, with a strong presence in advisory, accounting, legal, and social management services.

You'll be working within a cross-functional data team, designing scalable and efficient data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization. This position involves close collaboration with analysts, developers, and product teams to build robust data infrastructure and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a similar role

  • Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling

  • Proficiency with dbt (core and cloud) and Azure Cloud services

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's is a plus)

  • Fluency in French (C1 minimum) and English (B2 minimum)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data pipelines for analytics and reporting

  • Implement optimized data models and ensure high data quality and integrity

  • Maintain and use tools such as dbt and Azure for transformation and storage

  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and developers to meet data needs

  • Document data flows, models, and transformations for clarity and future use

  • Provide end-user support for analytical tools and reporting

  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and enhance data processes
