As Head of Sales (f/m/d), you'll lead and empower a team of 7-10 Account Executives to deliver outstanding results. You'll define and execute the sales strategy, foster operational excellence, and drive sustainable growth for Moss in Germany. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity with significant scope for impact, shaping the next chapter of Moss's commercial success.
Your responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 7-10 account executives in Germany with clear revenue targets. As the team grows, hire, train, and onboard new account executives while building an additional management layer to support scale.
Coach the team on value-based selling for an increasingly complex product, ensuring Moss is positioned as a finance solution rather than just a card provider.
Build, track, and optimise pipeline health to secure predictable revenue month by month.
Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to adapt sales strategies and refine messaging.
Drive strategic initiatives that go beyond the immediate quarter: validate and test new approaches while staying hands-on with coaching and metrics.
About you
Proven track record in B2B SaaS, including several years leading a team of account executives in a high-growth environment.
Track record of achieving and exceeding quota in SaaS sales, ideally with SMB customers
Fluent (C2 Level proficiency) in German and English.

Strategic – you can plan beyond the next 4 weeks, anticipate what the team will need in 6–12 months, and put initiatives in place.
Hands-on coach – you lead by example, joining calls and providing practical feedback, while keeping on top of team metrics.
Analytical – you track pipeline health and revenue performance closely, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborative – you work across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align on messaging and strategy.
Resilient – you can bounce back quickly from challenges and setbacks, and help your team do the same.
