Objetivo del Puesto:

Cortar y crimpar cables en máquinas lineales y trenzadoras, según especificaciones requeridas por cliente

Actividades principales:

  • Conocer y realizar los ajustes básicos operacionales de la máquinas Komax 355, Komax 488, Crimp Center, aplicadores y rieles de sello con mayor agilidad.
  • Conocer y aplicar correctamente los procesos de corte, preparación de las máquinas.
  • Interpretar correctamente los parámetros de fuerza de retorcido y elasticidad.
  • Conocer el funcionamiento del sistema Topwin.
  • Conocer y aplicar las medidas para el control de los indicadores de Scrap, Producción y Calidad.
  • Interpretar y aplicar los criterios de Calidad.

Requisitos del puesto:

Bachiller
