• Eigentümervertretung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweils gesamtverantwortlichen Asset Manager


• Überwachen von Budgets, Projekt- und Terminplänen des externen Projektmanagements einschl. der Koordination von externen Dienstleistern und Experten zur Zuarbeit


• Durchführung von regelmäßigen (wöchentlich / ggf. auch mehrfach wöchentlich) Objektbegehungen einschl. Prüfung der Einhaltung von mietvertraglichen Verpflichtungen Vor- und Nachbereiten und Verfassen eines Begehungsberichtes, ggf. unter Zuhilfenahme von externen Parteien und Steuerung dieser


• Steuerung und Begleitung der Übergabe des Objektes an den Mieter am Ende des Umbauprojektes,


• Kommunikation und adäquate Interaktion mit Kollegen, Auftraggebern, Nachbarn, Dienstleistern, Mietern, Behörden und anderen externen Beteiligten zur Erzielung optimaler Ergebnisse

DEIN PROFIL


• Technische Ausbildung, technischer Asset-Manager, Bauingenieur oder Architektur bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation,


• Einschlägige Erfahrung im Rahmen des technischen Projektmanagement von Bestandsimmobilien (Instandhaltung und -Setzung und Modernisierung, vorzugsweise als Dienstleister oder auch auf Seiten eines Bestandshalters)


• Erfahrung in internationalen Strukturen vorteilhaft


• Guter Umgang mit Planungs-, Bau- und Vergaberecht, HOAI, AHO, BGB, VOB


• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in relevanten EDV- und Management-Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS-Project etc.)


• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für internes Reporting


• Unternehmerische sowie konzeptionelle Denk- und Arbeitsweise


• Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungs- sowie Verhandlungsgeschick


• Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches und zielorientiertes Handeln, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
