We are looking for candidates with a passion for people, strong commitment, self-confident personality and a drive for professional and personal development:
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in partner management, sales or customer success management - ideally in a SaaS environment
- You are empathetic, communicative, have a strong service mentality and an exceptional talent for building and maintaining long-term relationship
- Ownership is not a foreign word for you: You like to take responsibility instinctively, i.e. you identify problems, tackle them yourself and hang your hat for the outcome
- You are structured and organised: You can work on different issues at the same time without compromising the quality of your work
- You work independently, drive initiatives forward and proactively look for opportunities for improvement
- Ideally, you already have experience with B2B clients and/or tax advisors
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills (C2) and very good English skills (C1).
Fair and transparent compensation. Your on-target earnings (OTE) amount to up to €80,000 annually, with an uncapped bonus for exceeding targets.

As a member of our Partnerships team, you will be in direct contact with our contacts in cooperation partnerships, tax advisor partners or product partnerships and will be responsible for their external presentation. You work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, and report directly to the team leader, the Head of Partnerships:
- You are the face and voice of Circula and are in constant contact with our partners
- You build solid relationships with your contacts and constantly develop them through your creative ideas
- You are in constant contact with our partners, especially tax advisors, and develop strategies, webinars and sales material together with them in order to generate the greatest possible benefit from the cooperation
- You work with our marketing team to develop relevant materials so that our partners feel that they are being addressed by us
- You take care of the potential new customers of the partners and conscientiously hand them over to our sales team, with whom you will be in constant exchange
- You will represent Circula at trade fairs, networking events and assist with our own event formats
