Deine Aufgaben

Führung & Verantwortung

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Qualitätsmanagement, Compliance und HSE am Produktionsstandort Hamburg-Harburg

  • Führung und Entwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams (Qualitätssicherung, Prüfung, HSE)

  • Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Zertifizierungsstellen und Behörden

Prozesse & Standards

  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Normen & Zertifizierungen (AS/EN9100, NADCAP, ITAR)

  • Leitung interner, externer und Kundenaudits – von der Planung bis zu CAPA-Maßnahmen

  • Einführung und Harmonisierung effizienter QMS-Prozesse, Integration in ERP/MES

Wandel & Verbesserung

  • Kritisches Hinterfragen und Optimieren bestehender Strukturen

  • Vorantreiben von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)

  • Förderung einer Kultur, in der Qualität und Sicherheit selbstverständlich gelebt werden

 

 
Dein Profil

  • Erste Führungserfahrung im Qualitäts- oder Compliance-Management im industriellen Produktionsumfeld

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von AS/EN9100, NADCAP, ITAR

  • Erfahrung mit QMS, Audits, CAPA und HSE-Management

  • Idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie DGQ-Qualitätsmanager, Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch von Vorteil
