Doncasters ist ein international ausgerichteter Hersteller von metallischen Komponenten für toleranzkritische Anwendungen mit Fertigungsstätten in Europa, USA und Mexiko. Am Standort Bochum fertigt Doncasters Precision Castings-Bochum GmbH mit ca. 650 Mitarbeitern Lauf- und Leitschaufeln für Flugtriebwerke und stationäre Gasturbinen im Feingussverfahren. Die Bochumer Fertigung vergießt sowohl polykristalline als auch gerichtet bzw. einkristallin - gerichtet erstarrte Bauteile.
Aufgaben
- Dimensionelle Entwicklung und Validierung des Herstellprozesses für Turbinenschaufeln bezüglich der maßlichen Anforderungen
- Verantwortlich für alle Aspekte der dimensionellen Bauteilentwicklung, einschließlich der Auslegung und Beschaffung von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen, dem Projektmanagement sowie der Kommunikation mit den Betriebsabteilungen und den Kunden.
- Optimierung der Serienproduktion hinsichtlich der Bauteildimensionen
- Dimensioneller Key Account für die Kunden
- Erstellung und Prüfung von teilespezifischen Prüf- und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Schnittstelle zu den Betriebs- und Qualitätsabteilungen, um eine reibungslose Einführung neuer Teile zu gewährleisten.
- Unterstützung der Betriebsabteilungen nach Übergabe der Bauteile in die Vorserie- und Serienfertigung
- Verfolgung des Anteils von Ausschuss sowie Nacharbeit und Einführung erforderlichen Verbesserungspläne und -maßnahmen nach Bedarf nach den Lean Six Sigma Prinzip
- Unterstützung genereller Ausschussreduzierungsprogramme in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Prozess-Engineering
- Einhaltung der Standardarbeitsverfahren
- Feedback und Berichte zur Durchführung des Projekts
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei zusätzlich anfallenden Aufgaben
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mathematik oder abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Prozessoptimierung wünschenswert
- Produktionserfahrung vorteilhaft, idealerweise im Bereich Feinguss oder in der Herstellung/Verarbeitung von Nickelbasis-Superlegierungen
- Erfahrungen mit den Programmen GOM Inspect, Siemens NX, Minitab oder ähnlichem sind wünschenswert
- Sehr gutes dreidimensionales Vorstellungsvermögen wird vorausgesetzt
- Teamfähigkeit, gute Kommunikation und ein dynamischer Arbeitsstil sind notwendig
- Analytisches und strukturiertes Arbeiten mit einer hohen Detailgenauigkeit und Kombinationsfähigkeit werden benötigt
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Stressresistenz sind Grundvoraussetzung
- Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden
