Referent:in Peer Review (Verfahren der Qualitätssicherung in der Medizin) – Vollzeit, Berlin
Aufgaben

  • Sie konzipieren, betreuen und evaluieren Fortbildungen für IQM Peers (Chefärzt:innen, leitende Pflegekräfte) – online und vor Ort.
  • Sie analysieren Peer Review-Ergebnisse und übersetzen Erkenntnisse in klare Präsentationen und Publikationen.
  • Sie entwickeln Materialien und Unterlagen für Peer Reviews weiter – strukturiert, aktuell, praxistauglich.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Gremiensitzungen und Veranstaltungen

Profil

  • Studium im Gesundheits-/Pflegemanagement, Gesundheitswissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Gremienarbeit – bestenfalls in der Gesundheitsbranche - sind von Vorteil.
  • Technisch versiert und souverän im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) sowie CMS Datenbank.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Teamgeist, sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und verbindliches Auftreten.
