Deine Aufgaben

In unserem 12-monatigen Traineeprogramm hast du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du lernst neben den Grundlagen im klassischen Projektmanagement auch, wie du agile Methoden und Arbeitsweisen anwenden kannst
  • Du unterstützt in IT-Projekten bei der Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Kontrolle von Projekten, mit dem Ziel des erfolgreichen Abschlusses des Projekts innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeit, des Budgets und der Qualität
  • Du bist ein wichtiger Teil des Projekt-Teams, denn du übernimmst sukzessive Verantwortung für die Steuerung von Teilaufgaben aus dem gesamten Project Life Cycle, z.B. in den Bereichen Planung, Initialisierung, Controlling, Testing, User Experience, Anforderungsmanagement, Umsetzungssteuerung und Qualitätssicherung Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Workshops

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Informatik oder praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Du behältst in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und begegnest gerne neuen Herausforderungen
  • Deine bist gut organisiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert
  • Du hast eine Affinität für die IT
  • Du kommunizert gerne (sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse)
  • Du besitzt gute Umgangsformen und Ausdrucksweise
  • Du hast ein freundliches Auftreten und agierst souverän bei Präsentationen
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team an gemeinsamen Zielen
