What you will doDesign and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules
Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and Interface development
Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made
Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes
Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities
At least 4 years experience in Salesforce development projects and deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform
Experience in developing high-quality, reusable and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating Salesforce systems with third-party systems for enterprises using SOAP, and RESTFUL Services
Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the Salesforce environment
Familiar with SFDX, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components
Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework Knowledge, Live Agent, Omnichannel
Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript
