Global Customer Care Agent (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als Teil des Teams, sind Sie sind sowohl im Pre- als auch im Aftersales Bereich tätig, dadurch sehen Sie Ihren eigenen Erfolg sowie den der Teamleistung
  • In der Presales Phase sind Sie bei der Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung tätig
  • In der After Sales Phase sind Sie für die Auftragsbearbeitung tätig die von der Auftragsbestätigung nach Kommerzieller- und Complianceprüfung, Überwachung der Liefertemine, Freigabe der Lieferungen bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit bietet
  • Exportabwicklung und Durchführung von Kreditsicherungen (Akkreditive)
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Projekten
  • Forderungsmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Industriekauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen
  • Talent zur Organisation und Kundenkommunikation
  • Fähigkeit zum eigenverantwortlichen, strukturierten, selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • DATEV oder SAP-Kenntnisse vom Vorteil
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse / MS-Office
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
