We are a team of 130 cybersecurity experts that primarily advise DAX and Fortune 500 companies on cybersecurity topics such as cybersecurity strategy & compliance, GRC, security design & innovation. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant (all genders) to work within our team of experts designing and implementing security solutions for our clients.
Our tasks focus on securing complex systems and organizations:
- Development and implementation of integrated cybersecurity solutions in the field of digital transformation, industry 4.0 and IoT
- Process optimization and rollout for information security and product development processes (IAM, risk management, DevSecOps, etc.)
- Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and security governance processes following established industry standards
- Project and program management in the realm of cybersecurity strategies and solutions
Who You Are
Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious, and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:
- You hold an outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on cybersecurity transformations and implementation projects
- You demonstrate an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures necessary for effectively protecting clients' infrastructures
- You have the ability to create and present complex business cases that align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals
- You thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings, and are open to travel as needed
- You have strong communication skills and can convey complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in both German and English
