We are looking for an
IBMi/AS400 software developer
with expertise in
RPG4 (RPG IV Fully-Free-Format)
to join a complex and strategic technical project.

This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy tackling technical challenges on older but critical technologies.

What you will do:

  • Develop and extend modules on
    IBM i
    using
    RPG IV, Eclipse, and SQL
    .
  • Design
    IT concepts based on regulatory requirements
    and specific guidelines.
  • Conduct
    software testing
    and perform
    bug fixing
    to ensure reliable systems.
  • Support the
    implementation of new features and enhancements
    during planned release cycles.

Required Profile:

  • Strong experience in
    IBMi/AS400 development with RPG IV
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Eclipse
    and
    SQL databases
    .
  • Ability to produce
    IT concepts compliant with regulatory requirements
    .
  • Skills in
    software testing and debugging
    .
  • Good
    German language skills
    : ideally C1/C2
  • Flexibility
    : remote work possible with occasional on-site presence.
