About the Position

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer with strong networking skills and the ability to work directly with customers. You will help maintain and improve our proxy systems, troubleshoot complex network issues, automate operational workflows, and guide enterprise users through integrations. This role blends infrastructure engineering, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, sales, and operations teams to ensure our platform runs smoothly and customers get the best possible experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in roles like DevOps, or other infrastructure-related positions.
  • Foundation in networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, proxy protocols
  • Strong Linux and Windows command-line skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as ping, traceroute, curl, netstat, iptables, tcpdump, and Wireshark
  • Comfortable reading logs, analyzing packets, and troubleshooting client–server flows
  • Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell
  • Work experience with relational databases and load balancers
  • Experience analyzing logs, using trace tools, and performing end-to-end debugging
  • Able to write clear documentation, guides, and troubleshooting workflows
  • Confident explaining technical issues in concise, professional language
  • Comfortable supporting international customers
  • Strong coordination skills with engineering, product, and sales teams
  • Nice to have: experience with proxy pools, IP rotation, anonymity levels, or similar products

Location

Full-time, in-person role based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, with daily office presence.
