We are in search of a
Maintenance Technician
to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing smart locker hardware, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service for our clients.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site mechanical repairs and troubleshoot to ensure the proper functioning of smart lockers;
  • Conduct functional tests on units and repair low-voltage components;
  • Verify and control the quality of electrical installations;
  • Handle software fault reports remotely, coordinating with the technical team;
  • Manage replacement and electronic testing using technical documentation;
  • Document interventions, report results, and recommend improvements;
  • Support deployment tasks including loading, installing, testing lockers, and organizing warehouse inventory.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

  • Good level of English and German;
  • Proficiency in Excel and general data entry tasks;
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills, patience, and professionalism;
  • Comfort with both hardware and software aspects of technology;
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects.

Extra Valued Skills

  • Technical vocational training or equivalent experience;
  • Electrical certifications;
  • Familiarity with startup culture.
