Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Package Manager, based in Frankfurt. The Package Manager will oversee the complete package lifecycle, from initial planning and coordination to execution and delivery, ensuring all outputs adhere to specified design and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and resources, liaising between stakeholders, monitoring progress, and resolving project-related challenges. The role also entails ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements and delivering projects according to company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management skills, including resource planning, schedule management, and budget oversight
  • Technical knowledge in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, or electrical systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving, risk management, and quality assurance expertise
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards for construction projects
  • Proficiency in software tools for project management and planning
  • Ability to work on-site in Frankfurt and collaborate with international teams
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience in data center construction or similar industries is highly preferred
