Als
Head of Culinary Innovation and Concepts (m/w/d)
übernimmst Du die kulinarische Gesamtverantwortung für unser gesamtes Food & Beverage Produktportfolio – mit strategischem Weitblick, operativer Exzellenz und echtem Gespür für Trends.

Deine Aufgabe
Als
Head of Culinary Innovation and Concepts (m/w/d)

  • entwickelst und implementierst Du innovative, nachhaltige und wirtschaftlich tragfähige Verpflegungskonzepte – mit Blick auf Trends, Qualität und Gästezufriedenheit.
  • optimierst Du unser bestehendes kulinarisches Angebot kontinuierlich weiter und setzt neue Impulse für unser gesamtes Produktportfolio.
  • unterstützt Du aktiv bei Neueröffnungen sowie Produkteinführungen und stellst die Einhaltung unserer kulinarischen Standards sicher.
  • führst und entwickelst Du unsere Küchenteams – mit Klarheit, Wertschätzung und dem Anspruch, eine leistungsstarke Teamkultur zu fördern.
  • arbeitest Du bereichsübergreifend mit (u.a. Operations, Einkauf, HR, Development) und treibst Projekte voran.
  • bist Du zentrale Ansprechperson für alle kulinarischen Themen, berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsführung und arbeitest eng mit unserem Support Office in Frankfurt am Main sowie den Standorten zusammen.

Das bist Du

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Gastronomie, Hospitality, Retail oder Hotellerie mit und kannst auf mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung gastronomischer Konzepte zurückblicken.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in Produktentwicklung, Operational Excellence oder dem Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder.
  • Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit, motivierst Teams und schaffst eine wertschätzende, leistungsfördernde Arbeitsatmosphäre.
  • Du denkst vernetzt, handelst unternehmerisch und hast eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – kombiniert mit Innovationsgeist und Umsetzungsstärke.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, offen für neue Impulse, teamorientiert und bereit, regelmäßig standortübergreifend zu reisen.
