Als Werkstudent:in Growth bei nuuEnergy tauchst du in die Welt der Nachhaltigkeit und Wärmepumpen ein – einem der spannendsten Zukunftsmärkte überhaupt. Du übernimmst früh Verantwortung, lernst schnell dazu und gestaltest das Wachstum der nuuEnergy GmbH aktiv mit. In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit David, unserem Head of Growth, wirst du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das jeden Tag daran arbeitet, die Energiewende voranzutreiben.

Aufgaben

Bereich Growth Marketing

  • Performance Marketing: Bringe unsere Growth-Engine auf das nächste Level. Du unterstützt beim Management wirkungsvoller Kampagnen, entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team durchdachte A/B-Tests und sorgst für ein präzises Tracking sowie klare Insights, die unsere Performance messbar steigern.
  • Customer Relationship Management & Sales: Optimiere unseren gesamten Customer Journey Funnel. Durch Automatisierungen, smarte Analysen und klare Datenbereitstellung stärkst du unser Sales-Team, schaffst Fokus und optimierst unseren Vertriebsprozess.
  • Tech & Tools: Gestalte unser Setup von morgen. Du wirkst aktiv beim Rollout neuer Tools mit und legst die technologische Grundlage, die uns ermöglicht, nuuEnergy nachhaltig zu skalieren.
  • Daten & Reporting: Mache aus Daten echten Mehrwert. Du baust sorgfältige Datensätze auf und entwickelst bestehende Dashboards und Reportings weiter.

Bereich Personalwachstum

  • Recruiting & Talent Management: Hilf uns, die besten Talente zu gewinnen und zu entwickeln. Mit datengetriebenen Analysen optimierst du bestehende Strukturen, leitest wertvolle Learnings ab und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Chief of Staff unseren Talent-Prozess weiter.

Administrativer Bereich

  • Marktforschung & Analysen: Tauche tief in Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten ein. Du führst eigenständige Recherchen sowie qualitative und quantitative Studien durch, um Trends frühzeitig zu erkennen und strategische Chancen sichtbar zu machen.
  • Alltags-Support: Start-up-Dynamik liegt dir im Blut. Du packst überall dort mit an, wo du gebraucht wirst, und unterstützt bei täglichen Aufgaben, die uns als Team nach vorne bringen.
Qualifikation
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau
  • Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit: Du brennst dafür, zur Energiewende beizutragen.
  • Startup-Mindset: Du bist offen für dynamische Strukturen, übernimmst Verantwortung und erkundest neue Ansätze.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Du kannst Aufgaben eigenständig organisieren und umsetzen.
  • Datengetriebenes Denken: Du verstehst die Bedeutung von KPIs und Tracking zur Optimierung von Marketingstrategien.
