  • Selbständiges Bedienen und Rüsten von CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen
  • Manuelles Bestücken der Maschinen mit Rohteilen
  • Werkzeugwechsel und Werkzeugkorrekturen durchführen
  • Prüfen von Teilen und Korrigieren der Einstelldaten
  • Durchführen von einfachen Wartungsarbeiten
  • Mehrmaschinenbedienung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbständiges Bedienen und Rüsten von CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen
  • Manuelles Bestücken der Maschinen mit Rohteilen
  • Werkzeugwechsel und Werkzeugkorrekturen durchführen
  • Prüfen von Teilen und Korrigieren der Einstelldaten
  • Durchführen von einfachen Wartungsarbeiten
  • Mehrmaschinenbedienung

Required Skills and Education

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen und Rüsten
  • Erfahrung mit Index-Maschinen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
  • Staplerschein wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
