This is the first senior marketing hire in Europe, offering a unique opportunity to build the function from the ground up—shaping strategy, driving execution, and influencing Medit's global growth story.What You'll DoStrategic LeadershipPartner closely with HQ Marketing (Korea) to adapt and implement global brand, product launch, and communications strategies in Europe.Serve as the voice of the European market, providing structured, data-driven insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory implications.Collaborate with the Managing Director, Europe and regional Sales to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.Work with global training and education teams to integrate clinical education initiatives into regional marketing strategies.Team & Infrastructure BuildingLay the foundation for the European marketing organization, balancing capabilities across events, KOL relations, training/education, and digital demand generation.Select and manage agencies/partners; implement scalable processes, tools, and systems.Recruit and develop future EMEA marketing talent, fostering a culture of collaboration with HQ while advocating for regional autonomy when needed.Operational ExecutionProduct Launches: Lead go-to-market planning for new products in Europe, ensuring strong messaging, positioning, and channel strategy.Events & Promotions: Own Medit's presence at major EMEA dental congresses (IDS, AEEDC, EuroPerio, etc.) and manage distributor-led roadshows and customer events.KOL & Education: Build and manage a world-class KOL network; execute clinical education programs including webinars, workshops, and training sessions.Demand Generation: Develop strategies for and execute integrated digital and offline campaigns; build dealer co-marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline impact.CRM & Data: Ensure marketing data integrity in CRM systems, track ROI, and provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and funnel contribution.Regulatory Compliance: Localize campaigns and ensure compliance with MDR and other regional regulations.What You Bring10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in medical devices, dental, or life sciences.Track record of launching and scaling products in Europe.Deep knowledge of MDR compliance and distributor-driven go-to-market models.Experience building KOL programs, executing large-scale events, and supporting clinical education initiatives.Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Strong balance of strategic vision and tactical execution; comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Fluent in English; additional European languages highly valued.Personal AttributesEntrepreneurial builder with the mindset to create a function from scratch.Culturally agile, bridging European, Middle East and Korean business practices.Collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions and geographies.Analytical thinker with a creative, solutions-oriented approach.Passionate about innovation in healthcare and improving patient outcomes.What We OfferA pivotal leadership role shaping Medit's European strategy and growth trajectory.The autonomy to lead, innovate, and build a high-impact function with global visibility.The chance to join a fast-growing, global company that's redefining digital dentistry.Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.Work Location:Frankfurt, Germany (On-Site/Hybrid)Selection Process:CV Screening > Interviews > OnboardingIn case you do not have a resume, you may download the MEDIT resume template below.Job ApplicationThe following position is screened on a rolling basis and may close once the position is filled.Any false information in the resume may lead to termination of the employment contract.Learn more about MEDIT:MEDIT Career PageMEDIT Official Youtube Channel
