Leadership & Responsibility: Responsible for the International Audit Department of E.ON SE, serving as the single point of contact for all internal audit activities—assurance and advisory—in the businesses outside Germany. Holds management, leadership, and signatory rights as VP of the Corporate Audit Department

Strategic Development: Part of the Corporate Audit Leadership Team, supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Corporate Audit strategy

Audit Quality: Ensures the quality of all audits within the International Audit Department, aligning with the SVP Corporate Audit as required

Reporting & Communication: Prepares reports on critical Audit Findings of the International Audit Department for the E.ON SE Board and the Audit & Risk Committee of the Supervisory Board E.ON SE

Planning & Stakeholder Engagement: Responsible for preparing the Annual Audit plan for the International Audit Department and aligning it with all stakeholders and the SVP Corporate Audit

Monitoring: Ensures adequate monitoring of audit recommendations and escalates issues when necessary within the International Audit Department

Team Development: Promotes the personal and professional development of all team members within the International Audit Department

Professional qualifications: University degree  in business adminitration areas such as accounting, controlling, finance, audit or process management or equivalent qualification

Professional experience: Extensive work experience in audit and work experience in different businesses and/or functions preferably in different countries

Leadership experience: Proven Experience in executive roles and leadership

Specific expertise: Strong change management, communication and implementation skills

What sets you apart: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong intercultural awareness to build strong relationships to all stakeholders and the senior management

Working method: Team player with ability to build trustful relationships

Language skills: English business fluent
