1.Provide pre-sales technical support for company energy storage projects, including requirements analysis and technical solution design.
2.Conduct technical communications with customers, address technical inquiries, and deliver professional technical consultation and support.
- Prepare technical proposals, tender documents, and related technical documentation to support the sales team in project bidding and contract execution.
4.Participate in technical exchange meetings, stay informed about industry trends and technology developments, and provide feedback for product and technology improvements.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2.Fluency in spoken English with a keen interest in the energy storage industry. German speaking is better
3.Pre-sales technical support experience in energy storage, photovoltaics, inverters, or related products.
