Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CEO, located in Lorsch. The CEO will provide strategic leadership, drive business operations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, managing overall operations, developing and executing business and strategic plans, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective coordination between departments. The CEO will represent the organization to stakeholders and work to maintain company reputation and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets and drive financial health
• Strong expertise in Operations Management to optimize workflows and oversee organizational resources
• Experience in Strategic Planning and Business Planning to shape vision and long-term goals
• Proven ability in Sales to drive revenue generation and business development
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration across teams
• Experience in agriculture, environmental industries, or related fields is a plus
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
