Für einen international agierenden Pharmakonzern mit starker technologischer Ausrichtung und Fokus auf die Produktion parenteraler Arzneimittel suchen wir einen Site Project Lead (gn) für den Standort Hessen.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle leiten Sie ein komplexes, standortkritisches Projekt im Bereich der sterilen Abfüllung und Verpackung und verantworten die ganzheitliche E2E-Projektsteuerung. Sie koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams, stellen Budget-, Zeit- und Qualitätsziele sicher und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen, globalen und externen Stakeholdern.

  • Ganzheitliche Leitung eines komplexen Projekts im Bereich sterile Abfüllung und Verpackung
  • E2E-Projektplanung, Koordination und Steuerung cross-funktionaler Teams (Produktion, QC, QA, Supply Chain, Engineering, globale Funktionen, Lieferanten)
  • Sicherstellung von Budget-, Zeit- und Qualitätszielen sowie proaktives Projekt-Risikomanagement
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen, globalen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Laterale Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
  • Berichterstattung an das Management und Monitoring des Projektfortschritts

Ihr Profil

  • Masterabschluss in Technik, Naturwissenschaften oder Pharmazie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen/biotechnologischen Industrie (GxP-Umfeld) und in der Leitung komplexer Projekte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in steriler Abfüllung, Inspektion, Verpackung und regulatorischen Anforderungen (GxP, FDA)
  • Erfahrung in internationalen, cross-funktionalen Teams und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Vorteil: Zertifizierung PMI, IPMA oder gleichwertig
