This role is pivotal in constructing the MVP of our decentralized options network, necessitating collaboration with our highly accomplished co-founders, alumni of MIT and Jump Trading.

• Lead the development of the MVP web application for our decentralized options network, focusing on creating a seamless and intuitive user experience.

What makes you stand out:

Technical Requirements:

• While our project was initially conceived for EVM and Solidity, we've made the strategic decision to launch on Solana for its performance and scalability benefits.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications is an absolute requirement. Experience with the Solana ecosystem and its development environment is a major advantage. Solidity experience is a plus, but not mandatory for this role.
• Front-End & Back-End Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience with React, , and TypeScript. Additionally, 2 years of experience with or similar frameworks is preferred.
• EU Work Authorization is not required (relocation assistance is available).

Additional Skills:

• Experience with Firebase is a plus. Familiarity with SQL databases, document storage solutions, agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear), Git, and DevOps principles is also beneficial.
• Open Source Contribution (Bonus): Demonstrated passion for Web3 through participation in open-source projects or blockchain-related applications is a strong consideration.

Soft Skills:

• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
• Teamwork & Learning: We value humility, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit for a successful team environment.
• A CS degree or similar background from a top university is a plus, but not required.
