Job Description

Bei Roland Berger arbeitest du in einem internationalen und innovativen Umfeld. Im Bereich Finance kannst du als Teil des Accountingteams die Zukunft mitgestalten. Mit deinem Einstieg in Berlin oder Frankfurt am Main kannst du deine Ideen und dein Know-How in folgenden Tätigkeitsfeldern einbringen:

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Du bearbeitest eigenständig laufende Geschäftsvorfälle der deutschen RB-Gesellschaften, von der Finanzbuchhaltung bis hin zu steuerlichen Meldungen
  • Du übernimmst die Klärung von ertrag-, lohn- und umsatzsteuerlichen Fragestellungen bei übergreifenden Themen wie Betriebsveranstaltungen oder Sachbezügen
  • Du prüfst Belege, stimmst Konten ab, unterstützt bei der termingerechten Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Lohnabrechnungen. Perspektivisch übernimmst du selbständig eine deutsche Gesellschaft der RB Group.
  • Du arbeitest mit Behörden und dem Finanzamt zusammen und begleitest interne und externe Prüfungen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem spezialisierten Group Tax -Team zusammen
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei Sonderprojekten des Finanzbereichs mit

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Buchhalter:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Erfahrungen in der Lohnbuchhaltung sind von Vorteil.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Kanzleiumfeld oder in der Finanzbuchhaltung gesammelt.
  • Analytisch-konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise, Umsetzungsstärke sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis . Du bist motiviert, dich weiterzuentwickeln und neue Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office sowie Kenntnisse einer ERP-Software (idealerweise SAP ByD)
