Deine AufgabenIm Bereich Tagungen und Gruppen übernimmst Du die lösungsorientierte und proaktive Betreuung von Key Account Kunden.Neben der Buchung und Abwicklung von Tagungen und Gruppenkontingenten unterstützt Du den Kunden im Buchungsprozess über verschiedene Veranstaltungsplattformen schriftlich und telefonisch. Dazu gehören außerdem Detailabsprachen zu Veranstaltungen mit Dienstleistern und Kunden.Zu unserem Rundum-Sorglos-Paket der Kunden gehört der Abrechnungsservice, welcher die Erstellung von Endabrechnungen an den Kunden über Kreditkartenanbieter oder direkte Zahlungen an Dienstleister beinhaltet. Dies und die Erstellung von Provisionsrechnungen an Hotelpartner gehört zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben.Reportingtätigkeiten für Teamleitung und Kunden zählen ebenfalls zu Deinem regelmäßigen Aufgabenfeld, um Budgettermine und Jahresabschlüsse vorzubereiten.Dein ProfilDu hast eine Ausbildung zur/zum Reiseverkehrs- bzw. Tourismuskauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im Hotel- oder Veranstaltungsbereich oder ein Studium in BWL/ Tourismus absolviert.Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Business Travel mit.Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen touristischen Systemen (z.B. meetago, Onesto) und MS Office-Anwendungen.Gute Kenntnisse des Veranstaltungsmarktes von Hotelprodukten bundesweit,  sowohl geografische als auch Länderkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine weitere Fremdsprache wäre wünschenswert.Deine selbständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.Du verfügst über Verhandlungsgeschick und auch Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus.Wir bieten Dir Tage Urlaub Kantine Attraktive Mitarbeiterrabatte Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld Flexible Arbeitszeiten Mobiles Arbeiten Jobrad Bezuschusstes Deutschlandticket Aus- und Weiterbildung Fitness- und Wellnessangebot Tage Workation im EU Ausland Interessiert?
