Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst/Developer DACH Region

Partner with M365Consult to join projects transforming raw data into strategic business insights with Microsoft's data visualization and analytics tools.

Job Description:

Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, extracting insights from diverse data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SQL databases, and cloud platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that answer critical business questions and support operational efficiency.

You will optimize data models, implement row-level security, and participate in data governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and deploy Power BI reports that cater to various business functions.


• Develop complex DAX calculations and optimize data models for performance.


• Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring data quality and consistency.


• Implement security roles and data governance policies within Power BI.


• Collaborate in agile analytics teams and participate in sprint planning.


• Conduct workshops and user training to promote data literacy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Proven experience in developing and deploying Power BI solutions.


• Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.


• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.


• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills across teams.


• Familiarity with Microsoft data platform and Azure Synapse preferred.
