Customer Service Sales Assistant

We are actively seeking an energetic, positive-thinking, hard-working candidate to assist our Sales team. In this role, you will work directly with all departments across the company, primarily supporting Sales in a variety of ways.

This Is a Skilled-level Position And Requires The Following
– High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred)

– Strong writing skills and math literacy for day-to-day operations

– Fluent in computer use including email and internet navigation

– Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute

Primary Responsibilities
– Collaborate closely with the Sales team

– Assist with custom orders and help maintain strong customer relationships

– Accurately enter quotes and sales orders into the Shop works system

– Schedule and confirm sales appointments

– Assemble sales kits and gather product samples for customer meetings and showroom visits
