Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Inbetriebnahme-Aktivitäten (mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, cold und hot commissioning) in enger Abstimmung mit Technology/Engineering und Operations
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Commissioning-Plänen, Checklisten, Übergabe- und Testprotokollen (MC-Pakete, Loop-Checks, Punchlisten)
  • Leitung des interdisziplinären Commissioning-Teams (EMSR, Mechanik, Prozess, ESHA, Utilities).
  • Sicherstellung der Anlagen- und Betriebssicherheit gemäß gesetzlichen Vorschriften, HAZOPs und internen Standards
  • Koordination der Schnittstellen zu EPC/EPCM-Partnern, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen
  • Durchführung von Funktionstests, Performance-Runs und Abnahmeversuchen bis zur Übergabe an den Betrieb
  • Technische Dokumentation, Schulung des Betriebspersonals und Root Cause Analysen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) in Planung, Bau oder Inbetriebnahme von chemischen, petrochemischen oder energie-technischen Anlagen.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Commissioning Manager, Plant Engineer.  
  • Kenntnisse einschlägiger Normen (z. B. DIN/EN/ISO, VDE, BetrSichV, ATEX, Druckgeräterichtlinie)
  • Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Projektmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit oder Explosionsschutz wünschenswert
  • Verständnis von Prozessanlagen, Rohrleitungs-, Instrumentierungs- und Automatisierungssystemen
  • Erfahrung mit DCS-/PLS-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in PFD/P&ID-Lesung, HAZOP- und SIL-Bewertung, Medien- und Energiesystemen (Dampf, N2, H2, Luft, etc.)
  • Erfahrung mit Inbetriebnahme-Tools, Dokumentationssystemen (Loop-Check-Software)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Anlagensicherheit, Prozess- und Betriebstechnik (u. a. Explosionsschutz, Anlagenkennzeichnung, Sicherheitsventile) 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit EPC-Partnern, Behörden und Zertifizierungsstellen.
  •  Praxis in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams und im Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Engineering, Construction und Operations.  
  • Erfahrung im Anfahren/in der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen oder Pilot-/Demonstrationsanlagen von Vorteil.
  • Deutsch: Verhandlungssicher (C2) – technische und kaufmännische Kommunikation, Behörden- und Sicherheitsdokumentation  
  • Englisch: Fließend (C1/C2) – internationale Projektkommunikation, technische Dokumentation, Lieferanten- und Partnerabstimmung
