Als Jabil Optics Germany GmbH in Jena sind wir Teil des weltweit zweitgrößten Auftragsfertigers Jabil und führend bei der Entwicklung von opto-elektro-mechanischen Modulen für Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality, moderne Kamerasysteme sowie Gestensteuerung/ 3D Sensing. Wir entwickeln in einem internationalen Team innovative kundenspezifische Lösungen für weltweit führende Markenhersteller. Jabil beschäftigt global mehr als Mitarbeitende. Im Optics Design Center in Jena entwickeln wir mit über 130 Mitarbeitenden opto-elektro-mechanische Design-Lösungen für AR/VR-Brillen, autonomes Fahren (LiDAR, Driver Monitoring, ADAS- Kamera-Systeme, Eye Tracking), Robotics, Action Cameras, Smartphones, Endoskope und viele weitere Anwendungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklungsstandorts in Jena suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit (36h/Woche) ab sofort eine/n:

Financial Accountant/ Finanzbuchhalter/-in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB sowie US GAAP)

• Durchführung der anfallenden Buchhaltungsvorgänge

• Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Finance und Controlling

• Bewertung internationaler Geschäftsvorgänge/Intercompany-Abstimmungen

• Klärung von bilanziellen Sachverhalten

• Vorbereitung der betrieblichen Jahressteuererklärungen

• Konzern-Reporting

• Verantwortung für SOX-Compliance (Prozesse und Dokumentation) 

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder finanzwirtschaftliches Studium

• mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling (vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung)

• gute Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung nat./internat. (HGB/US GAAP) sowie im Unternehmenssteuerrecht

• Anwendungserfahrung in SAP und mit MS Office

• gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

• Freude an einer serviceorientierten Tätigkeit sowie Teamarbeit
