Role and Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Multi-traffic Manager to create and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple traffic sources. This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative strategist who understands how drive performance. In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for multitraffic channels.
  • Manage advertising budgets across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, and networks.
  • Analyze and optimize traffic campaigns for ROI, CPA, RPM, and other key metrics.
  • Identify new traffic sources and test innovative approaches to scale acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Paid Search, Content and Product teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Create regular performance reports and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of different traffic acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience preferred.
