Financial Controller (m/w/d) im Asset Management
.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für administrative Prozesse und den reibungslosen Rechnungs-Flow.
  • Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen sowohl für ZEITGEIST Asset Management als auch für die Immobiliengesellschaften unserer internationalen Investoren.
  • Erfassung von Eingangsrechnungen und deren Kontierung in Tools des Fonds.
  • Cash-Management und Zahlungsverkehr via ProfiCash in Vertretung.
  • Laufende Datenpflege für die Berichterstattung in monatlichen ppt. Präsentationen.
  • Erstellung von eigenen Ausgangsrechnungen, Verträgen und Geschäftsbriefen
  • Pflege und Digitalisierung der Buchhaltung für externe Finanzbuchhalter und Fond.
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen der Steuerberater / Wirtschaftsprüfer.
  • Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern und Geschäftspartnern sowie Banken.
  • Weiterbelastungen an Objektgesellschaften und Untermietern inkl. Kalkulationen.
  • Auswertungen u. Analysen in Excel für Standard- und Ad-hoc-Berichte ans C-Level

Profil

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Immobilienwirtschaft, Bankwesen oder ähnlichem Finanzbereich oder
  • Kaufm. Ausbildung mit Abschluss als Finanzbuchhalter, Immobilienkaufmann (IHK/BBA)
  • Zzgl. zum Studium oder Ausbildung mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
  • Flüssige Deutschkenntnisse und
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich BUCHHALTUNG (mindestens lokales GAP) sind erforderlich.
  • Englisch B2.
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse incl. EXCEL (fortgeschrittene)
