Your Mission - Build what truly mattersAs Product Manager - US you will lead the build & the launch of our Senior Care product and scale a US‑ready product experience long term. You'll validate product‑market fit with key operators, drive the first US pilots, integrate with priority EHR partners, and translate real nurse workflows into repeatable product value that sets the foundation for sustainable growth.
Your Daily Business - turning insights into impact- Lead discovery with US nursing leaders and caregivers, develop a deep understanding of user need & pain points and develop structured discovery & documentation processes, following PM best practices.
- Define clear product requirements and product success metrics; optimise for outcomes and iterate quickly
- Plan and execute MVP pilots with key operators; synthesise insights into a focused roadmap
- Drive technical integrations with priority EHR partners and related systems; manage integration trade‑offs
- Partner with our GTM team to support on pricing and positioning and align on long term product strategy
- Ensure privacy, security, and compliance with legal and security partners
- Report progress and learnings to leadership; propose go/no‑go and scale‑up recommendations
- Lay groundwork to seed a US product team post‑PMF.
- Extensive experience in Product Management shipping SaaS products, ideally in healthcare.
- Proven track in leading entire product domains or groups, owning the long term product strategy.
- Experience launching products into the US market and conducting discovery & user research.
- You work discovery & hypothesis-led and have strong testing & product analytics skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management across execs, GTM, partners, and customers
- Language: Fluent English (C1/C2). German a plus
- Willingness to spend significant time on‑site with US customers; travel as needed.
- You own the outcome: You have a bias to action, resilience, and rapid learning in ambiguous environments
- You put the user first: Deep empathy for caregivers and obsession with user outcomes over output
- You are data-driven and detail-oriented: You made decisions based on data, but know how to make pragmatic trade-offs
- You value open communication and constructive feedback: You contribute to a positive team culture and challenge the status quo.
