Unser Mandant ist ein inhabergeführtes, etabliertes Unternehmen der Kunststoffverarbeitung mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden und einem topmodernem Maschinenpark. Der Jahresumsatz liegt bei circa 19 Mio. EUR. Die Produktpalette bedient Kunden aus Wassertechnik, Maschinenbau und Haushaltsgerätetechnik —

Ihre Rolle:
Als Leiter/in Qualitätssicherung sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung aller qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse — von der Bemusterung über die Serienfertigung bis zur Endkontrolle. Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung und sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Audits.
Ihre Kernaufgaben:
- Führung, Coaching und strategische Weiterentwicklung des QS-Teams
- Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem (ISO 9001) sowie dessen Fortentwicklung
- Definition und Umsetzung von Prüfplänen, Verwaltung und Kalibrierung von Prüfmitteln
- Steuerung des Reklamations- und CAPA-Prozesses (inkl. 8D-Bearbeitung)
- Planung und Durchführung von internen Audits; Begleitung von Kunden- und Zertifizierungsaudits
- Analyse und Reporting von Qualitätskennzahlen; Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessstabilisierung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Einkauf; Mitarbeit in Lieferantenbewertung und -entwicklung
Ihr Profil:
- Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff/Kautschuk, Werkzeugmechaniker) — idealerweise ergänzt durch Techniker/Meistertitel oder ein technisches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines fertigenden Unternehmens, bevorzugt in der kunststoffverarbeitenden Industrie (Spritzguss)
- Sicherer Umgang mit ISO 9001; Erfahrung mit FMEA, SPC und 8D-Methodik wünschenswert
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder klares Entwicklungspotenzial zur Führungskraft
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit CAQ/ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
