,The Director Procurement Intelligence (m/f/d) leads a team of 7 people, responsible for reporting, planning and data intelligence, upskilling of the global procurement organization, contract lifecycle management as well as the digital procurement transformation.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement intelligence strategy aligned with the organization's goals
• Reporting: Develop and present regular reports on procurement performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics to interpret procurement data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making
• Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of procurement contracts to ensure compliance and value optimization
• Procurement Academy: Develop and lead training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to integrate digital technologies into procurement processes, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations and legal, to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Qualifications
,

• University degree in the field of business administration, business information, economics or comparable education with relevant work experience
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
