VoiceLine is an AI assistant for sales teams. We help our customers capture high-quality data with minimal effort, integrate it seamlessly into their CRM, and provide insights that drive revenue. We are VC-funded, based in Munich (Glockenbachviertel) and growing rapidly with a variety of customers in the German SME and enterprise segment.
Your Mission
Your mission is to make every customer implementation a success story. From the first technical conversation to full-scale rollout, you translate business needs into CRM-ready solutions and ensure our product delivers tangible results. Acting as the strategic and technical bridge between customers, Product and Engineering, you turn requirements into reality - and continuously spot opportunities to deepen impact and expand value.
Your Tasks
You will be holistically responsible for the design, implementation and roll-out of our product for our customers.
Support our customers early on in the sales process and advise sales decision-makers on how to get the most out of our product. This includes technical CRM audits and deriving integration requirements.
Based on our modular product architecture, you will work with your CRM counterpart at the customer's site to define voice-based field service processes and their design in CRM.
Convert the technical requirements of customers into tickets for our developers and work closely with the product team to identify new value-adding features.
Continuously ensure that our product implementation generates the promised benefits and identifies new product potential for the customer.
Be the main contact person for all technical and procedural issues for our customers and will work closely with our Customer Success Team throughout the lifecycle.
Your Profile
You have a solid technical understanding and feel at home in the world of complex digital products.
You prefer to work in a team and value interaction with other departments. Whether it's product, sales, customer success or development, you quickly find your feet in different teams and contribute to successful collaboration.
You enjoy frequent customer contact and feel comfortable in the role of stakeholder manager. You build trusting relationships with our customers and ensure that their concerns and needs are always taken into account.
You have strong project management skills and a very structured way of working. You can plan and implement complex projects while always maintaining an overview. Even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head and prioritise strategically.
Experience with the architecture of CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or Dynamics is an advantage, but not a must.
You are open to new technologies and learn quickly in order to make optimal use of and further develop our internal systems.
You have fluent German skills (C1) and fluent English skills (B2) - both written and spoken.
